History
The temple is carved out of a huge rock and is famously known as Adhar Devi Temple. It is believed that the 'Adhar' (lower lip) of Goddess Sati fell here, leading to the formation of the shrine where the deity's image is said to hang in mid-air.
Spiritual Significance
It is a highly revered site believed to be one of the holy spots where parts of Goddess Sati fell, drawing pilgrims seeking divine blessings from Goddess Durga.
