Bharat Dharma Academy Limited (ABN: 54 683 667 656) is a registered Australian charity and not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, dedicated to promoting cultural education, heritage preservation, and public benefit through arts, literature, and community-based programs inspired by Sanatan Dharma.

Our flagship initiative is the development of a cultural centre in Sydney, focusing on artistic traditions, educational programs, and community engagement linked to the cultural expressions of the Shakta tradition.

 

3. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary, made at the donor’s discretion, and non-refundable.

  • Bharat Dharma Academy Limited has submitted its application for Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Tax-deductibility of donations will apply only after formal approval by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

  • Donations are accepted in multiple currencies (AUD, USD, INR, AED, EUR) through secure payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

  • Donors must ensure that their contributions comply with the tax laws and foreign donation rules applicable in their own country.

 

4. Use of Funds

All contributions are used exclusively for the public benefit, including:

  • Delivery of educational, artistic, and cultural programs;

  • Construction and operation of a cultural centre in Sydney;

  • Community outreach initiatives;

  • Administrative and compliance-related activities essential for running a registered charity.

Bharat Dharma Academy Limited follows strict governance practices and financial reporting protocols. Financial statements may be requested in writing by interested stakeholders.

 

5. Payment Processing

  • All payment transactions are processed via third-party secure providers (Stripe, PayPal).

  • By donating, you agree to the respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of these providers.

  • Bharat Dharma Academy Limited does not store or have access to donor financial information such as credit card or banking details.

 

6. International Donations

  • International donors (e.g., from India) are responsible for complying with their respective country’s laws (e.g., India’s FCRA).

  • Bharat Dharma Academy Limited is not responsible for regulatory or tax issues arising from cross-border donations.
