History
The Katayama temple ruins are an archaeological site with the remains of a late Nara period Buddhist temple located in the Ōya neighborhood of Suruga-ku, Shizuoka, Japan. The temple no longer exists, but the ruins were designated as a National Historic Site in 1965.
