Kedarnath Temple
Kēdāranātha Temple is one of the twelve jyotirlinga of Śiva, located in the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandākinī river in Uttarakhand, India. The temple is open to the public from April to November due to extreme weather conditions. During winter, the deity is worshiped in Ukhimath for six months. Kēdāranātha represents a homogeneous form of Śiva, associated with the historical region of Kēdārakhaṇḍa.
