History
The Renukeshwar Mahadev Temple is located in Renukoot, Sonbhadra district, Uttar Pradesh. It is situated adjoining the Rihand River, also known as the Renu River, from which the temple derives its name. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and was constructed by the Birla Group in 1972.
