Ramaya Temple
Ramappa Temple, also known as the Rudreshwara Temple, is a Kakatiya style Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. Located in Palampet village, Mulugu district, Telangana, it was constructed in 1213 CE by Recherla Rudra, a general of the Kakatiya ruler Ganapati Deva. The temple complex, which includes three temples, was built between 1212 and 1234 and was designed by the architect Ramappa. In July 2021, the temple was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
