History
The Sītā Māī Temple is an ancient structure located in the village of Sitamai in the Karnal district of Haryana, India. It is situated 19 kilometers from Nilokheri and is accessible via alternative routes between Karnal and Kaithal. The temple is notable for being perhaps the only temple in India solely dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Sita, the divine consort of Rama of Ayodhya. The site is currently under the administration of the Ramanandi Bairagis.
